General Program

All wedding photography packages and custom work include, at a minimum, the following steps.

Meet to get to know one another and review the wedding party needs. This may take place over the phone, however, in person would be best. 

A pre-contract meeting to review in detail how Ideal Photography can meet your needs and review in general the stipulations of our contract.

Contract meeting at which a 50% down payment is required to reserve Ideal Photography for the work.

The photography shoots. (The remaining 50% is due by the beginning of the wedding day.)

At least one image selection session as soon as possible after the wedding at your convenience; one which should take place within ten days of the wedding (with a honeymoon exception of course).

A proofing session where you can view and comment on the edits and that will take place within ten days of the selection session. 

An ordering session.

Image delivery. 

The following offerings are included in packages at no extra cost.

A self-photo area where wedding guests may take photos of themselves at the reception.

A high-definition TV monitor or projector and screen playing a slide show of ceremony photos during the reception. 

Base Prices 2011

Shooting and Editing Rate:

(Shooting rate includes up to one half hour of editing time per hour of shooting.)

Photographer = $250/hr.

Photographer asst. = $70/hr.

Print Prices when wedding shooting fee paid.

Images on Standard Photo Paper:
50% off second and subsequent prints of same image and size when ordered at the same time.

         4x6 = $10                      8x12 = $40

         5x7 = $15                    11x14 = $50

         6x9 = $18                    12x18 = $60

         8x10 = $25

Images on Fine Art Paper:
50% off second and subsequent prints of same image and size when ordered at the same time.

Images on Canvas (unmounted):

        8x10 = $60                12x18 = $110

        10 x 10 = $70

Classic Photo Albums

Call to discuss pricing. These vary depending on album cover and page finishing and start at $1500.00.

Photo Books w/ Dust Jacket or Image Wrap cover (including images):

(These are the most cost effective way to buy lots of images. One sheet of paper has two sides or pages. Each page may have up to 4 images.)

8.5x11: $8/side, 20 side min. 

11x11: $11/side, 20 side min. 

DVD

30 photos in wmv format with music: = $150

CD of usable images

One Image (edited) = $50

All Images (limited edits) = $150/hr of shooting

Packages 2011

Wedding Day Memories

The Wedding Day Memories package includes a photographer and an assistant (with camera) for up to six hours on the wedding day.  Additional hours may be added at the base rates.

Prints include:

(single image/set per line unless specified)

 4: 5x7’s on photo paper (chose two images)

12: 4x6’s on photo paper (chose three images)

3: 11x14 on fine art paper

48: Wallets

1: Photo Book w/dust jacket, 20 pages, 8.5x11

3: DVD’s with still-image video of 30 images

Total Cost: $1764.00

(This package represents a 10% discount over base prices and includes the same discount on additional products ordered. )

Wedding Day Memories Plus

The Wedding Day Plus package includes a photographer and an assistant (with camera) for up to eight hours.  Photo session hours may be used in the days surrounding the wedding, including the rehearsal dinner, preparations at home or at the dress and or tuxedo shop, and so on. Additional photographers and hours may be added at base rates.

4: 5x7’s on Photo Paper (choose three images)

12: 4x6’s on Photo Paper (choose three images)

3: 11x14 on Canvas

48: Wallets

3: Photo Books w/dust jacket, 20 pages, 8.5x11

3: DVD’s with still-image video of 30 images

 Total Cost: $2401.50

(This package represents a 12.5% discount over base prices and includes the same discount on additional products ordered ).

Wedding Day Deluxe

The Wedding Day Deluxe package includes two photographers and an assistant for your wedding day and a photographer for your rehearsal, as well as tuxedo fittings, and gown preparation/fitting. Additional photographers and hours may be added at base rates.  Travel beyond 50 miles may be additional.

8 5x7’s on Photo Paper (choose 2 images)

12 4x6’s on Photo Paper (choose 2 images)

4 11x14 on Canvas or Fine Art Paper

48 Wallets

1 Classic Wedding Album, 14x14 inches.

2 8x8 inch parent books (same images and layout as larger book).

4 DVD’s with still-image video of 30 images

 Total Cost: $6625.75 ($7795.00 without package)

(This package represents a 15% discount over base prices and includes the same discount on additional products ordered within 30 days of wedding date).

Wedding Day CD Package

With package purchases you may choose a CD with up to 30 reproducible images in lieu  of the prints and DVD.  Additional images may be included at a-la-carte prices minus 10 or 12.5 percent package discount respectively.
